RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

“Blooms and Leopard” or “Blooms & Leopard” is an exclusive brand rightfully owned and registered by Orange Flow Mountains, and the company own the exclusive rights to exercise the stated products under the same brand name.

We request the Users (“user”, “you”, “your”) to carefully go through these terms & conditions (“Return or Refund Policy” or “Return” or “Refund”), which apply to your access to and use of the Site and Services, and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (personally and/or on behalf of an entity, as the case may be) and the Company. You may be accessing our Site from a computer or mobile phone device (through an iOS or Android application, for example) and these Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access. These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and any other policies of the Company (the “Policies”), as modified and amended from time to time, govern all the products offered on the Site, and the Site is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information.

By clicking your consent (e.g., “Continue,” or “Sign-in”) and browsing/accessing the Site to avail our Services, you irrevocable and unconditionally agree to have read and understood, abide by and be bound by all these obligations as stipulated in this RETURN OR REFUND POLICY. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

In case you do not agree to be bound by all or any of the terms and conditions captured in this RETURN OR REFUND POLICY, you are requested to stop using the Site and its Services immediately. You are responsible to ensure that your access to this Site and material available on or through it are legal in each jurisdiction, in or through which you access or view the Site or such material.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 15 days from the date you receive the order. To initiate a return, kindly follow the steps below:

 

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. To cancel your order, contact our customer support team at [support@bloomsandleopard.com] , or fill out the return details using the form on our Contact Us page. Ensure that you provide all the required information as detailed below to expedite the process.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it can be cancelled within 15 days of receiving the order.  In such cases, please refer to our refund policy below for further guidance.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 15 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 15 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 15-20 working days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

2. Conditions for Return

 In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in the reasonable packaging and have not been destroyed.  

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Products which have been opened or tampered with.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

3. Process for Returns

Once we have received the required information, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You will need to print this label and affix it securely to the outer packaging of the returned product(s).

To ensure a successful return, it is critical that the provided label is attached to the package. Without the label, we may not be able to process your return, and your refund could be delayed.

For Pick up we would request you to provide us with the following details over email to support@bloomsandleopard.com

 

  • Name of the customer.
  •  Address of the customer or address for pickup. 
  • Date of Purchase.
  • Order Number.
  • Items for Return.
  • Reason for Return.
  • Supporting Images.

 

If you are returning only certain items from your order, please make sure to specify which products are being returned. This helps us process the return quickly and accurately.

  

4. Refund Process

 Once we have received your returned product(s) and verified the condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 15-20 days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

 

 

5. Additional Notes:

  • Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on season sale, Gifts cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Any shipping fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the shipping is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged product).
  • Shipping Fees for returnable products is subject to the region and related area. It will be duly informed before processing the return. In case of incorrect order, shipping fees will not be applicable.
